WFH Policies

Updated regularly for new submissions and corrections
Last update: 9 May 2022

Based on anecdotal community feedback.
These policies have not been verified.

What's this about?
Now that we have moved past the peak of COVID, it is clear that the old ways of working in the office every single day (and even weekends) are numbered.

There are several camps of thought which inevitably comes with any big change. You have those that have fully embraced remote working, to the point where employees no longer need to come into the office, as well as the laggards who are oh still clinging onto the thought that in-person collaboration is best. But what is the market standard?

This is where we come in. We surveyed our community and received more than 1200+ responses covering nearly 350 WFH policies. Hopefully, armed with this information, you are able to convince your work that a certain arrangement that you think makes sense is "normal".

If your company is missing or a policy is incorrect, we would love to hear from you!
There is a form at the bottom of this page for you to help us keep this list updated.
